Our Client is a very successful and growing design firm. Much of their
expertise is in the design of automated systems ranging from peripherals
through automated test and assembly equipment, motor controllers and closed
loop systems. This position requires an engineer who is knowledgeable in a
combination of mechanical equipment, motor controllers, PLC's
and software development. First assignment will be in the development of a new
adaptive system to permit save movement of people and instruments from ship to
ship while at sea.
Position
requires: At least a BSEE,
or BSME (Control Theory a plus) and 8 or more years experience in the design
and implementation of equipment control systems. Most of your projects will
include responsibility for both the control system and the mechanical portions
of the system. Specialist support is available but we want as good a mix as
possible.
