Requires: At least a BS
or BA and 10 years experience in manufacturing operations. You should be a hands-on manager who
maintains close relationships with employees and gets them what they need to do
the job. Strength in scheduling, lean
manufacturing, vendor control required.

Process Engineer / Biotech (JO

Growing firm is enjoying increased demand for its
line of patient diagnostic Immunoassay products and has an urgent need for a
process engineer to establish manufacturing capabilities for new products and
expand production capacity for existing product lines. Candidate selected will transfer new
technology, perform re-validation, write process documents, validate protocols,
manage the startup of production, and develop tests and methods to meet FDA
requirements.
Requirements: A BS in
Engineering or Science and 5 or more years experience in Process development /
engineering for consumables and diagnostic reagents manufacturing. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and
Design of Experiments desired.
Starting
Salary $90 to $130 K/yr.

Process Engineer – Fiber Optic Assembly & Test (JO 080805)

and tests. General knowledge of fiber
optics, or optoelectronic devices, packaging processes, assembly yield
enhancement, adhesives and SPC will be essential.

Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer (Machining) (JO 080608)

machined products. Expansion creates the
need for a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize utilization of manpower and
equipment, cost control and support of production schedules. Candidate hired will support new product
development, inspection gauging, routing, improvement of product quality and
cost reduction. You will be responsible
for production machining, fixturing, tool path, customer interaction for
product definition and continuous improvement of cell products and processes.
Requires: At least a
BS in Engineering and 8 or more years experience in manufacturing engineering
with a strong background in systems, process development / implementation,
tooling and optimization of manufacturing assets.
Starting
Salary $85 to $105 K/yr.

Plant Engineer (JO

normal maintenance and expansion functions as well as for the selection,
design, purchase, improvement and installation of equipment, controls and
tooling. You will handle project

Requires:
At lease a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering
and 10 years experience in Plant / Project Engineering. Good knowledge of plant maintenance,
equipment support, electrical distribution, controls, chemical processes and
environmental issues will be important.

Salary in the neighborhood of $100K/yr.
